CALCUTTA. Jnn. 14 A German canoeist, Oscar Speck, aged 28, who set out from Hamburg with a companion, who was later drowned in a capsize in the Arabian Sea, for Australia, has arrived at Calcutta. Ho is going on to Rangoon and hopes to travel to Australia via Singapore and Java,
