SERIOUS OFFENCES
[from our own CORRESPONDENT] PUKEKOHE, Wednesday Charees of committing a serious offence on a male at Pukekolie on December 7 and on December 20, and a third charge of attempt,ng*> commit a serious offence on a male at Auck tadon January 2, were heard aeamat George Duncan Fitzroy Fennel (Mr. F. A. Hosking), age 4 24, single, of Pukekolie, in the Pukekolie Police Court toilay before justices. Accused pleaded guiHy to all committed to the faupreme Court for sentence. Bail was fixed at two sure ties of £SO each.
