BUTTER SHORTAGE
CONDITIONS IN BERLIN WOMEN FIGHT FOR SUPPLIES BERLIN. Nov. 5 A bartor agreement between Germany and Austria provides for tho exchange of fuel and fertiliser for 70 trucks of butter, also milk and livestock. Queues of people requiring butter are stopping the traffic and 200.women engaged in-.a free fight outside one shop. The shortages are extending all over the country.
Eggs are obtainable only if five fresh and five preserved are bought.
