MANIFESTO TO PEOPLE MONARCH'S MESSAGE "FEEL NO RESENTMENT" By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received November ('», 5.5 p.m.) ATHENS, Nov. 5 A manifesto to his nation has been issued by George 11. of Greece, whoso restoration to the monarchy was decided by plebiscite, in which he says: "The separation has been bitter, but I feel no resentment against anybody. I will try to draw a curtain over the past. The motto of my ancestors shall bo mine also, ' My strength lies in the love of my people.' "
