CYCLIST KNOCKED DOWN
REPORT BY MOTORIST 7 c UNAWARE OF ACCIDENT, [by telegraph—press association] •: - FEILDING, Wednesday Reading in the press that a young man while cycling home last night waa knecked down by a motorist at a street corner, Mr. C. Robson, jun., went top the police this morning and made a voluntary statement that he was the driver of the,car. Heavy rain was falling at the time. Ha noticed a bump, bu& thought it was a stick on the road. Seeing nothing, he drove on. V The victim, Mr. Trevor Finch, was conveyed to hospital suffering from concussion. His condition to-day waa satisfactory. .i
