VICE-ADMIRAL HARPER
VISIT TO NEW ZEALAND [BY TELEGRAPH —I>BESS ASSOCIATION'] WELLINGTON, Wednesday It was announced at a meeting of the Wellington Navy League that ViceAdmiral J. E. T. Harper, the first New Zealandor to reach flag rank in tho Royal Navy, would be visiting Now Zealand in a month's time. Vice-Admiral Harper is an old boy of Christ's College, Cliristcliurch, but he has not been in Ngw Zealand since he was a midshipman -12 years ago. He will arrive at Wellington on December 4 and his visit will last until the end of February.
