LEAGUE FOOTBALLERS
RETURN TO AUSTRALIA DOMINION TOUR ENJOYED (Received October 14, 8.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 14 The members of the Australian Rugby League football team which has been touring New Zealand arrived home by the Wanganella to-day. They were in good health and report having had an excellent tour. They were much impressed with some of the players they encountered in New Zealand. Mr. Sunderland, the joint manager, said the success of the tour was gratifying in every way. He was particularly pleased that the League gamo had turned the corner and had become firmly established in New Zealand. The tour itself was financially profitable. Dominion football enthusiasts were looking forward eagerly to the visit' of the English learn next year.
