Monday Further reference to tho recent conference in Wellington regarding the amalgamation of Thames Harbour Board and tho borough was mado by Mr. C. J. Ho proposed that tho borough should write to the Minister of Internal Affairs asking him to consider the advisability of setting up a commission to consider a report on the amendment of tho boundaries of tho harbour district, the representation of tho board, the administration of the harbour district and tho borough and tho rates of interest on the security.
