WEDDING
BULL —DOBSON A wedding of widespread interest was celebrated on Wednesday afternoon in St. Luke's Church, Manurewa, when Miss Audrey Joy Dobson, daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. F. B. Dobson, of Manurewa, was married to Mr. Wilfred Robert Bull, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. J. Bull, of Clevedon. The church had been attractively decorated by friends of the bridal pair. The ceremony was performed by the Rev A. J. Carr, vicar of Manurewa, assisted by the Rev. R. L. Connolly, of St. Aidan's. Remuera. Miss Bertha liodgers played the wedding music. The bride, who was given away by hor father, looked charming in a frock of white georgette inlet with lace, and falling into a graceful train. Her veil of embroidered tulle was caught to the head with a eirclot of orango blossoms, and she carried a shower bouquet of white roses, carnations, azaleas and maidenhair fern. Miss Olive Dobson attended her sister as bridesmaid, and wore a graceful frook of apple green georgette and primrose straw hat. She carried a bouquet of lemon and gold-tinted flowers. Two little flower girls, Margery Tucker and Margaret Aicken, nieces of the brido, were in dainty ankle-length frocks of lemon hailstone muslin, with short puffed sleeves, and wreaths of primroses on their heads. They carried posies of primroses. Mr. Ernie Hanson, cousin of the bridegroom, was best man. A reception was held in the parish hall, where Mrs. Dobson received wearing a frock and coatee of grey crepe de chine with touches of blue and red, and a grey hat. Mrs. H. J. Bull, mother of the bridegroom, wore a navy bluo ensemblo and navy straw hat.
