TE PUKE GIRL GUIDES
The annual meeting of the Te Puke Gi*l Guides was held in the Parish Hall, Te Puke. The following officers were eliflted:—President, Mrs. George; vicepitsidents, Mesdames Booker, Granger, Hiiokey, T. Paliner and Freeman, and M;Bs Chappcll; committee. Mesdames Carthew, Ramson, Langdon, Fagan, Washer, Saunders, Knight, Randell, McCallum and F. Palmer; badge committee, Mesdames Ramson and b. Palmer; secretary, Miss B. Johnstone; Pr'2?B correspondent, Mrs. 15. Butcher. Mrs. Christian, district commissioner, Presided and complimented the comDV.ttee on its splendid efforts on behalf of the guides. Mrs. McCaw, actingeaptain, and Mrs. Burt, brown owl, read their reports, which showed excellent progress by both guides and b ™wniea.
