SEQUEL TO COLLISION
NEGLIGENT DRIVING CHARGE MOTORIST SENT FOR TRIAL • [by telegraph—press association] TIMARU Thursday A sequel to the collision between two motor-cars on the Timaru-Dunedin main road at Kingsdown on July 11, was heard in the Magistrate's Court before Mr. C. R. Orr-Walker, S.M., to-day when Thomas Vincent, of Pareora, was charged with (1) negligently driving a car; (2) failing to keep as near as practicable to the left of the centre of the road; and (3) negligently driving a car causing death. Accused was committed for trial on the third charge.
