ALLEGED FORGERY
CASE OF PATRICK BRADY HOBART. Sept. 14 The Attorney-General, Mr. E. J. Ogilvie, said to-day that the Crown law authorities will proceed with the charge of forgery against Patrick Brady and that a warrant will be issued to bring him to Hobart from Sydney. Brady was discharged by a Sydney magistrate, who refused to, remand him further.
