WINNER OF AIR RACE
LONDON, Sept. 8 Flight-Lieutenant Thomas Rose, winner of the King's Cup air race, who received a handicap allowance of 27 minutes 8 seconds, was presented with the trophy yesterday by the Secretary of State for Air, Sir Philip CunliffeLister.
