THE ELECTION OF OFFICERS The Auckland University College Labour Club was formally inaugurated at a meeting held at the college last night, when the draft constitution prepared by the committee set up by a preliminary meeting some time ago was adopted. The following officers were elected:— President, Professor W. A. Sewell; vice-presidents, Professor H. Belshaw, Messrs. W. T. G. Airey, Robinson, N. Richmond, L. W. Holt and Grant; chairman, Mr. R. P. Anschutz; secretary, Mr. A. Irvine; treasurer, Mrs. Banks; committee, Miss I. Cowie, Messrs. R. W. Lowry, S. Leatham and I). H. Monro.
