MOTOR-CAR ON FIRE
.DRIVER IN IGNORANCE WARNINGS MISUNDERSTOOD [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] NELSON, Wednesday A motor-car, with a loaded carrier at the rear of the vehicle ablaze over the petrol tank, speeded through the township of Havolock yesterday afternoon. The driver, who was not aware of the fire, regarded the efforts of pedestrians to stop him more in the nature of salutations than warnings and it was not until he was overtaken by another motorist that he learned of the outbreak. The flames were suppressed before serious damage whs caused. i —**
