IMPOSING BLOCK
NEW BERLIN STRUCTURE AIR MINISTRY BUILDINGS (Received August 26, 5.25 p.m.) BERLIN, Aug. 25 The new block of buildings which is being erected for the German Air Ministry is nearing completion in the Wilhelmstrasse. It will be the largest Ministry in the world. Five thousand men are working on the buildings day and night, Sundays included. The block will house 2500 offices. It has a vast flat roof surrounded by battlements provided with loop-holes.
