THE OMANA The Omana, from Newcastle, left Sydney on Friday for Melbourne to complete loading for New Plymouth, Auckland, Wellington, Westport and Greymouth. KIWITEA LEAVES GREYMOUTH ■ The Kiwitea left Greymouth for Auckland at 8.30 o'clock yesterday morning, after being bar-bound for nine days. She is due on Thursday. NIAGARA CLEARS SUVA The Royal Mail liner Niagara cleared Suva on Sunday in continuation of her voyage from Auckland to Vancouver, where she is due on September 8. WATTAKT AT MELBOURNE The Wnilaki arrived at Melbourne from Bluff yesterday. She is to sail to-morrow for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton and Wellinglon. TANKER EMMA MAERSK Under charter to the Union Company the tanker Emma Maersk is reported to have left Los Angeles for Wellington on Saturday. She is due at Wellington about September 18. CANADIAN SCOTTISH REPORTED The Canadian Scottish, which cleared Auckland on July 25 for New York, Boston and Montreal, is reported to have reached Balboa on Saturday. ROTORUA AT LONDON The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rotorua arrived at London from Auckland on Thursday morning. She was despatched from Auckland on July 13. AUSTRALIND CLEARED NEW YORK The A. and A. Line chartered motorship Australind is reported to have cleared New York for Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia on Saturday. She is duo at Auckland about September 25. REMUERA LEAVES LONDON The New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Remuera is reported to have left London on Thursday for Auckland nnd Wellington. She is due at Auckland on September 28.\ THE PORT WHANG AREI The Port Whangarei, which is due from Nukualofa at noon to-day, will unload her fruit cargo at Queen's Wharf to the agency of the Union Company. After discharge she will load for Southern ports to the agency of the Northern Company. TANKER NEW ZEALAND The tanker New Zealand left Los Angeles on Thursday with a Cargo of petrol for the Texas Oil Company. She will unload at Auckland. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and Australia, being due at Auckland about September 15. PAKEHA AT BALBOA The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Pakeha is reported to have reached Balboa on Thursday, en route from Auckland to London and West Coast ports of Great Britain. She sailed from Auckland on August 1. MATAKANA LOADING The Shaw, Savill nnd Albion steamer Matakann, which arrived from New Plymouth on Sunday night, berthed at Queen's Wharf yesterday morning to complete loading. She is now scheduled to sail for London, via Monte Video and Teneriffe, on Thursday afternoon. RECORD MOTOR SPIRIT CARGO The motor-vessel Sagona, which called at Wellington early this month from Singapore, brought a record cargo of 3,095,243 gallons, or 12.385 tons, of motor spirit for (he Shell Company of New Zealand, Limited. This is the largest motor spirit cargo yet received at any port in New Zealand. VESSELS' "ALL WELL" The Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Tamaroa and the New Zealand Shipping Company's liner Ruahine, which left Auckland for London on August 16 and August 17 respectively, hava reported by wireless that thuy both experienced moderate weather since leaving, and all are well on board. The Tamaroa arrived at Pitcairn Island last Friday night. NEW ZEALAND STAR ARRIVES The Blue Star Line motor-ship New Zealand Star arrived from London yesterday morning. The vessel experienced generally fair weather, except during the last three days of the voyage, when a succession of south-west gales were encountered, and delayed her arrival. The voyage was made in the fast time of 30 days 17 hours, at an average speed of 15.67 knots. The Bhip has over 4000 tons of general merchandise and, after unloading a quantity for Auckland, she is to sail on Friday for Port Chalmers to complete discharge.
