AUCKLAND INFIRMARY
SUPERINTENDENT RESIGNS The resignation of Miss M. Wade from the position of lady superintendent at the Auckland Infirmary owing to her approaching marriage, was received at a meeting of the Auckland Hospital Board yesterday. The chairman, Mr. W. Wallace, said Miss Wade's resignation would be received with deep regret. She had filled the position with credit and honour to the board. A resolution expressing the board's good wishes was passed. It was decided that applications be invitod for the position.
