MEDICAL MAN'S TOUR
WELLINGTON PATHOLOGIST RETURN FROM BRITAIN [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Tuesday The pathologist at the Wellington Hospital and director of the Government vaccine station, Dr. P. P. Lynch, returned to Wellington by the Marama yesterday. Dr. Lynch visited pathological laboratories in Britain and in Europe and he also inspected Government lymph establishments in London and Milan. In most of the medical schools in Britain which he visited, Dr. Lynch 6aid, tho question of modification and reform of the medical curriculum was being considered. The general view seemed to be that it was better for each school to maintain its own individuality in respect of its curriculum and not to accept too readily wido alterations in the course of studies. Dr. Lynch said that everywhere one heard complimentary references to the high academic and professional standing of those newly-qualified New Zealand medical graduates who visited Britain.
