APPEAL COURT'S DECISIONS [BT TELEGTBAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATIOT?] ■WELLINGTON, Friday The Court of Appeal reduced the sentence imposed on Frederick Thomas McCormick at "Wellington by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, of 10 years' imprisonment with hard labour, on charges of unnatural offences, to one of seven years' imprisonment with hard labour. ,'The Court also varied the sentences of three years' hard labour on a charge of robbery and six months' hard labour on a charge of breaking, entering and theft passed on Adrien Chenot at Christchurch by making the sentences concurrent instead of cumulative.
