FEDERAL DEBT
GREATEST IN HISTORY BIG INCREASE IN YEAR WASHINGTON, July 18 The Treasury announces that the Federal debt now exceeds 29,000,000,000 dollars. This is the greatest figure in the history of the country, and represents an increase of 2,000,000,000 dollars in one year.
