Proteena Scones, to be made according to the following recipe and baked iin a Gas Oven. "PROTEENA" SCONES 2 breakfast cupii Fine PROTEENA. 3 oz. Butter. 1 breakfast cup Flour. 1 Egg. 3 teaspoons Baking Powder. 1 large cup Milk. 2 dessertspoons Sugar. Salt to taste. Mix PROTEENA, flour, sugar and baking powder; rub in the butter; make into etiff douglh with the beaten egg and milk. Roll out and cut into shape. Bake in quick oven.
