NELLIE BRAMLEY SEASON
An event which is being anticipated with considerable interest is. the forthcoming series of productions to be presented by the Famous Comedy Company headed by Miss Nellie Bramley at His Majesty's Theatre commencing on Saturday, July 27, with "Scandalmongers." Since Miss Bramley's last visit to Auckland, she has gone from success to success and has broken all records in Australia, having played 108 weeks in Brisbane, twenty-five weeks in Sydney, twenty-six weeks in Adelaide, fifty-four weeks in Perth and sixty-seven weeks at the Palace Theatre, Melbourne. Other notable players in the company include Mr. John Cameron, Miss Noel Boyd, Miss Nan Taylor, Miss Jov Langridge, Miss Betty Ramsay, Mr*. Stanley Holah and Mr. Owen Ainley, while the remainder of the cast is equally as strong. It is the intention of the management to present a new play each week and the repertoire will include "Tons of Money," " Fair and Warmer," " Marry at Leisure,"' Anne 100 Per Cent," " The Family Upstairs" and "The Irish Cinderella."
