YESTERDAY'S SALES RETURN ON INVESTMENTS Following is a list of yesterday's transactions on New Zealand Stock Exchanges and the return from investment at the quoted price. The exchange premium on dividends payable in sterling is included in the calculation of returns. The yield on 4 per -ent Go\ eminent loans includes redemption and that on 3J per cent loans is lor interest alone, and covers only the period for which the loans are tax-free. THE MINING MARKET WAIHI JUNCTIONS HIGHER MATAKIS IN DEMAND Waihi Junctions improved in tho mining market on the /Luckland Stock Exchange yesterday. A parcel was released ljd higher at 4s lid, and buyers rose 2d to 4s Id. Matakia were again i:n demand and after two sales at 2s, unchanged, two more parcels changed hands at Is lid. Big Rivers were taken 2d lower at 2s 2d and Mount Morgans at the current rate, 375.
