CRUISE OF THE MONOWAI
VOYAGE NEARING AN END RETURN NEXT WEDNESDAY The cruise of the Monowai to the Islands is drawing to a close, the vessel being scheduled to leave Suva for Auckland early to-morrow morning. She is due here on Wednesday. The Monowai reached Levuka from •Apia at 7.30 o'clock yesterday morning and during the day many places in the Island of Ovalau were visited, the voyage to Suva being resumed last evening. Numerous sight-seeing trips have been arranged for the excursionists in Suva to-day, and the entertainments will include an exhibition of firewalking by Fijians and a ball to-night at the Grand Pacific Hotel.
