MORTGAGE ADJUSTMENT
COURT OF REVIEW SITS CASES AT WHANGAREI [BT TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPOXTOsKT] WHANGAREI. Friday The Court of Review set up under thf recent mortgage legislation, and comprising Mr. Justice Johnston, chairman, and Messrs. R. S. Chadwick and A. Coleman, concluded its first sitting in Whangarei this morning. Eight cases from various parts of North Auckland,, referred to the Court by the local Adjustment Commission, were disposed of. !Fhe associate registrar, Mr. TV. W. King, intimated that although the Court made its headquarters at Whangarei on this occasion, it will sit in other centres in the north where cases accumulate. The members of the Court left by train this afternoon for Hamilton, where the. next sitting is to be held.
