DELEGATES IN LONDON TOPICS OF DISCUSSION ;\ LONDON. July 12 Mr. L. S. Amery, formerly Dominions Secretary, presided over a meeting of Empire Parliamentarians when a joint private debate took place on trade, agriculture and migration, in which Mr. Bodkin, of New Zealand, took part. Mr. J. H. Thomas, Dominions Secretary, explained some of the difficulties in arriving at meat and other agreements.
