ALLEGED GRAFT
NATAL SHIPBUILDERS OWNERS OF PRIVATE YARDS SENATE COMMITTEE'S CHARGE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received June 25, 7.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 24 The Munitions Investigation Committee of the Senate has issued a report condemning private naval shipbuilding activities. The report states that some shipbuilders are " certainly not above suspicion of willingness to wave the flag or to circulate war scares in the interests of their own pocket-books, regardless of the results. "The owners of private yards where cruisers are being built have charged from 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 dollars more than the cost in the Government's naval yards."
