ALBERTLAND CO-OPERATIVE OUTPUT AND PAYMENTS (_FEOiI OCR OWN correspondent] WELLSFORD, Tuesday The directors of the Albertland Cooperative Dairy Company, Limited, in their 32nd annual report state that 841 tons of butter were made during the season, and the output would have been higher had not the July supply been diverted to Hakaru and Rodney, while the company was changing over to its new factory at Te Hana. The new site at Te Hana has proved satisfactory and an excellent supply of water has been secured, the flow being about 35,000 gallons daily. As soon as realisations arc received from London further payments should be made at the rate of 2jd for March and April supply, and Id fcr May. This would make an aver ago payment over the whole season at the farm gate on the average grade of 9d per lb. butter-fat. without adding cream carting. The secretary of the company states that since the report was made up the market price in England has improved enough to allow for an additional payment of Jd per lb. over the whole season .
