ALLEGED FORGERY
BRADY BEFORE THE COURT REMAND UNTIL JULY 23 (Received June 51, 6.55 p.m.) SYDNEY. June 21 Patrick Brady, shearer, appeared at the Central Police Court on remanrl to-day on a charge that, on May 12, 1934, he forged a cheque for £9B 10s on the Commercial Banking Company of Sydney, "with intent to defraud. In applying for a further adjournment the prosecution said defendant at present was concerned in a matter before another Court. The defence agreed to the application and Brady was remanded until July 23 on bail of £3OO.
