THROWN FROM CART
BOY INJURED ON FARM [by telegraph—OWN correspondent"] TE PUKE. Friday An accident bcfel Ned Marsh, aced 15 years, when working on his father's farm at Pongakawa. He was driving a horse attached to a cart when the animal put its foot in a hole. The cart lurched and the boy was thrown first on tho shafts and then to the ground. His arm caught in a fence. Fortunately Mr. Marsh was working near by and conveyed the boy to Dr. Randell. He was suffering from shock and concussion, an elbow was broken and a bone splintered. He was taken immediately to the Taiiranga Hospital.
