A LD W ORT H —WILSON
The Beresford Street Congregational Church was prettily decorated last Wednesday evening when Madge, second daughter of Superintendent and Mrs W. L. Wilson, of Central lire Station, Pitt Street, was married to Ravmond, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. R. Aldworth, 'lauhoa, Kaipara Flats The Rev. F. de Lisle officiated, and Mr. Alfred Eadv played the wedding music. Tho bride, who was escorted by her father wore a shmlitting frock of ivory chifton velvet falling gracefully into a train, the long sleeves being slit from shoulder to elbow. Tho hand-embroidered tulle veil fell from a silver tissue and tnlle halo, and she carried a sheaf of white roses and anemones. The bridesmaids, Miss Joan Wilson, sister of the bride, and Miss Isa Jack, wore delphinium blue chiffon velvet frocks with slight tram and hats of blue velvet and silver lame. Thev carried sheafs of pink gladioli and oerberas Mr. Neville Newcombe was best man. and Mr. Noel Stewart was groomsman. A reception was afterwards held at the New Savoy tearooms. The bride's mother received her guests in a tunic frock of blatfc panAe velvet relieved with silver lame and black velvet hat She carried a bouquet of scarlet anemones. Tho bridegroom's mother wore a wine satin frock and hat tone. She carried a bouquet of violets.
HANNAH —PEDERSEN The marriage took place in London on May 21 of Mr. J. P." Hannah and Aliss Nola Pedersen, of Wellington. The ceremony was a very quiet one, those present " being the bridegroom's relatives and a few mutual friends. Mr. and Mrs. Hannah intend taking a house at Mullion, South Cornwall, and then to spend some time golfing in Scotland and visiting relatives. About September they intend to leave England for Southern Morocco.
