LADY GALWAY PATRONESS CHURCH PARADE TO-MORROW The position of patroness of the nursing divisions of the St. John Ambulance Brigade Overseas within New Zealand has been accepted by Her Excellency Viscountess Galway, according to an announcement by the corps superintendent in Auckland, Air. The divisions will assemble at Newmarket at two o'clock, and will march at 2.15 to the cathedral, headed by the Waterside Workers' Baud.

In a letter to Colonel _ G. Barclay, chief commissioner for New Zealand, Colonel J. L. Sleeman, chief commissioner for the Brigade Overseas at St. John's Gate, comments on the annual report for 1934 of the brigade's activities in New Zealand. Colonel Sleeman states that the record for the year is a testimony to the public spirit and unselfish labours of all ranks of the brigade in the Dominion. He adds that the maintenance of strength and efficiency in each district has been an achievement of no mean merit, apart from the satisfaction to be found in the increases of membership, public duty and transport work.
