BRITISH INQUIRIES ' British Wireless KTJGBY, June 19 It was stated in the House of Commons to-day, on behalf of the Foreign Secretary, Sir Samuel Hoare, that he was awaiting further reports and could not say at present whether the recent Japanese action in Hopei could be said to have involved the Japanese Government in a breach of the Nine-Power Treaty. Certain inquiries however, were being made of the Japanese Government.
