LEAGUE SETTLES DISPUTE THE TROUBLE IN DANZIG (Received May 2G. 7.5 p.m.) GENEVA, May 25 The Council of the League of Nations to-day finally disposed of the dispute between Yugoslavia and Hungary. The Hungarian representative promised to continue anti-terrorist measures and tighten up the control of foreigners and passports. The council referred the Danzig dispute, arising out of criticism of the Commissioner, Mr. Sean Lester, to a court of jurists. The President of the Danzig Senate agreed to accept the decision of the council. The report of the economic committee on agricultural protection for industrial countries was adopted.
