TAURANGA COUNTY ROADS BRIDGE-BUILDING PROGRAMME) [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAURANGA, Thurtday In his report to the Tauranga County Council dealing with the past year'u work, the retiring chairman, Mr. S. H. MacDougall, said the total receipt! for the year were £41,828. The improved access over the roads was reflected in a steady influx of settlers. The main highways sealing programme had been vigorously prosecuted and would be carried on during tho ensuing year. The Otomarakau, Kuikokopu and Te Mania Bridges had been built in reinforced concrete, the Aongatete Bridge was under construction.' and the proposals were well forward for the Atuaroa, Omanawa and Kaituna Bridges.
