AERODROME AT THAMES
WORK OF PREPARATION EARLY START ANTICIPATED [bt TELECBAPH —OWN cobbespondent] THAMES. Thursday Advice was received from the Lands Department at a meeting of the Thames County Council yesterday that the Crown land«adjoining the Parawai railway station, which was reserved some time ago as an aerodrome site, had now been vested in the council. The chairman, Mr. H. Lowe, said he understood the Public Works Department intended to proceed with tte P re T paration of the aerodrome almost immediately.
