BRITISH EMPIRE DISPLAY PRINCE'S GOOD WISHES (Received May 13, 6.5 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, May 12 The Prince of Wales sent the following telegram to the British Ambassador in Brussels on the occasion of the opening of the Brussels Inhibition: " As patron of the British Committee of Honour for participation in the Universal and International Exhibition now being held in Brussels I send you my very best wishes for the success of the British pavilion and my congratulations on its official inauguration.' ' "It is my earnest hope that the Belgian people will be interested in the picture which we have tried to present of some of the more important aspects of the life and activities of our country, and of our overseas Empire."
