VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY
[BY TELECRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] NEW PLYMOUTH. Monday The third trial of Stanley Cross on charges of assaulting a little girl and committing an indecent act resulted tonight in a verdict of not guilty. Cross was discharged. The juries in the two previous trials disagreed.
