MARRIAGE ANNULLED
COURT AWARDS DAMAGES [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] , DUNEDIN, Monday Damages of £IOO and costs £IOO •were awarded by consent in the Supreme Court to-day against Charles Matravers Benzoni in the divorce case in which David Simpson Buchanan proceeded against Emily Ada Buchanan for the dissolution of their marriage on the ground of misconduct with Bensoni. A decree nisi was granted.
