MOTORIST ACQUITTED
ALLEGATION OF NEGLIGENCE [BY TELISGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Monday A charge of negligent driving, thereby causing bodily injury, was preferred against Jatmes Thomas McGinnity, who appeared before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court at Wellington today. The case was one in which a boy named Collins was knocked down while riding a bicycla from the Technical College. The oar concerned did not stop, but continued, it was alleged, with dimmed lights-
