WOMAN FROM AUSTRALIA
COURT RESERVES DECISION
[BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION*] WELLINGTON, Thursday The hearing of the application on behalf of Msidge Munro for the issue of a writ of habeas corpus was continued in the Full Court to-day. 'After hearing legal argument, the Court reserved decision. Munro is one of the prisoners being held pending extradition to Sydney, the validity of which has been attacked. The point at issue is whether New South Wales comes within the definition " part of His Majesty's dominions " in the Fugitive Offenders Act.
