REMUERA CROQUET CLUB
The Remuera Croquet Club brought its season to a close .yesterday with a very pleasant gathering. Progressive bridge was enjoyed by the members as the weather was too. unsettled for croquet. Mrs, Daniels (the president) presented the prizes 'won during the season, the championship going to Mrs. Burrett, with Mrin. Bartlett as runnerup. Miss Stevenson won the B championship, Mrs. Sheppard being runnerup. Mrs. Gardiner and Mrs. Wooller presented the bridge prizes, these going to Mrs. Daniels and Mrs. Jobson.
