PAPATOETOE PLUNKET
Satisfaction with the year's activities was expressed at the annual meeting of the Papatoctoe branch of the Plunket Society. The president of the Auckland Society, Mrs. J. C. Allan, welcomed a large attendance of mothers and others who are interested in the work. Mrs. Allan gave an instructive talk for which she was thanked by the local executive. The society's visiting nurse (Nurse Campbell), was also present. The following officers were elected:— Patrons, Mrs. W. W. Massey, Dr. J. J. Valentine; president, Mrs. J. Kendall; vice-president, Dr. C. B. Gilberd; lion, secretary, Mrs. E. G. Bray; lion, treasurer, Mrs. G. Hodge; committee, Mesdames ,1. J. Valentine, R. G. Ross, T. E. Richards, P. G. W.vman, G. C. S. Dyer, C. B. Gilberd, A. G. Grinter, F. E. Carr, R. Wyllie, H. D. Wily, and R. Parker-Hill.
