BRITAIN AND JAPAN NEW SERVICE OPENED British Wireless RUGBY, March 13 The new Anglo-Japanese radio telephone service was officially opened yesterday. Sir Kingsley Wood, PostmasterGeneral, in London, greeted the Japanese Minister of Communications, in Tokio, and Sir John Simon, Foreign Secretary, spoke with the Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs.
