OFFICIAL'S INSPECTION ANGLING ACCESS PROBLEM An inspection of tho scenic reserves on the shores of Lakes Rotorna and Rotoiti will be carried out during tho next few days by Mr. K. M. Graham, commissioner of Crown lands for the Auckland district. The object of his visit, as far as Mr. Graham has been informed, is a general investigation of the shores of tho two lakes, with special attention to tho possibility of their use by the public, including anglers. Questions, of landing and picnic places would also be considered. Although, during his visit, the question of access for anglers would be considered, Mr. Graham said, it would only bo studied in relation to other factors. The Inspection of the banks of the fishing rivers, such as the Waikato and the Rangataiki, could not possibly be conducted in the short time available for the present visit. , -
