Mr. Cecil Marks, general manager 6f United Artists (Aus.), Limited, will arrive from Sydney by the Monterey to-day. He will stay at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. W. J. Radford, managing director of the Rimu Gold Dredging Com-' pany, Hokitika,-and Mrs, Radford, will leave to-day by the Monterey for the United States.

The Hon. A. Hamilton, PostmasterGeneral, left Wellington by the Monowai last evening for Sydney. He was accompanied by Mr. G. McNamara, Director-General of Post Offices. They i will confer with representatives of the . British and Australian postal departments on air mails.
