HOWICK TOWN BOARD
In a report presented at a meeting of the Howick Town Board on Thursday night it was stated that rates amounting to £1542, or 80 per cent of the total rates struck for the year, had been collected. A petition was received from the residents of Cook Street urging tho board to assist in combating -the dust nuisance. It was decided to leave the matter .in the hands of "the Works Committee.
