SIX MONTHS' SUPPLIES ONLY BRITISH PERMITTED DUBLIN, Jan. 9 The Executive Council of the Irish Free State has issued an order preventing the importation for six months of any coal except British, the quota for which from February 1 to July 31 is fixed at 1,099,000 tons. This exceeds by 220,000 tons the imports of British coal in the first 10 months of 1934. German trade delegates who are in Dublin for thfe purpose of negotiating business were taken by . surprise.
