A special gathering of the Wesleyan Young Men's Institute was hqjd in the clubrooms, Pitt Street, on Tuesday night to tender a farewell to Mr. P. W. Eastoe, who is leaving shortly for England to join the Grenadier Guards Band. The president, the Rev. W.
